The deciding ODI between Australia and New Zealand was something of an anti climax due to heavy rain - first delaying the start which reduced the match to 22 overs per side and then causing the abandonment with NZ 14 overs into their chase of Australia’s 4/168.

Mark Cosgrove certainly made the best of his recall (replacing Callum Ferguson) to the Redbacks’ Sheffield Shield team. He scored a century from just 119 balls to put SA in a good position at stumps against Queensland at the Adelaide Oval.
